Powder Coating Service

Powder coating is our dry surface finishing service. This process uses electrostatic attraction to apply powder particles to the workpiece surface. The coated parts then go through a curing oven to form a protective layer. Powder coating is widely used for outdoor furniture, automotive components, electrical enclosures, architectural aluminum profiles, and machinery housings. As a supporting service to our CNC machining and casting operations, powder coating gives customers a complete one-stop solution from raw material to finished product. Every powder coating job we deliver provides long-lasting protection and excellent appearance.

We have a full powder coating line including pre-treatment system, automatic electrostatic spray booth, curing oven, and conveyor system. Pre-treatment is the key to coating quality. Our process follows "degreasing → rinsing → silanization treatment (eco-friendly, phosphate-free) → drying." This thoroughly removes oil and oxides from the metal surface. A thin conversion film forms on the surface. This significantly improves powder coating adhesion. In 2022, we introduced new silanization technology. Compared to traditional phosphating, it is more environmentally friendly with no heavy metal discharge. Adhesion performance improved by over 15%. Our pre-treatment line is 20 meters long. It handles workpieces up to 2000×1000×800mm. Our powder coating service delivers consistent adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Our spray booth uses automatic reciprocating guns with manual touch-up. Gun voltage is set at 60-80kV. Powder output is controlled at 150-250g/min. Film thickness accuracy is within ±5μm. Curing oven temperature is set at 180-200°C with 15-20 minutes curing time. Multiple independent temperature control zones maintain oven uniformity within ±5°C. We use thermosetting polyester powder and epoxy-polyester hybrid powder. RAL full color range is available with various textures including gloss, sand texture, hammer tone, and wrinkle finish. Coating performance meets ASTM D3359 adhesion testing (cross-cut rating 0), ASTM D2794 impact testing (40 inch-pounds direct and reverse), and ASTM B117 salt spray testing (≥500 hours). Quality control includes visual inspection under 6000K light (no particles, runs, or color difference), film thickness measurement (eddy current gauge, 60-100μm), adhesion testing, impact testing, and pencil hardness testing (≥2H). Complete coating inspection reports accompany every batch. Our powder coating warranty is 3-5 years depending on application environment. We accept customer-supplied parts and one-stop machining plus coating services.
