Advanced Casting and Heat Treatment Expertise

We address these issues through optimized gating system design. We use bottom-pouring to reduce turbulence. We control pouring temperature 10-20°C higher than for carbon steel. We use insulating risers to extend feeding time. For high-alloy steels like ZGMn13, we use special water toughening treatment. This creates an austenitic structure that work-hardens during use. Precision Machining and Rigorous Inspection

Inspection standards for alloy steel casting are stricter than for ordinary carbon steel. We perform ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle testing (MT) on critical load-bearing parts. These tests ensure no internal cracks or inclusions exist. Hardness testing uses Rockwell (HRC) and Brinell (HB) methods per ASTM E18 or E10 standards.
