Mechanical Assembly

Mechanical assembly is our value-added service that extends from "part machining" to "component delivery." Customers can entrust multiple part machining and assembly tasks to us. We complete all part machining, surface treatment, and sub-assembly. The final delivery is a ready-to-install finished component. This significantly reduces customer coordination costs, procurement costs, and assembly costs across multiple suppliers. Our mechanical assembly service serves automotive transmission systems, hydraulic pumps and valves, electric standing desks, industrial robots, and medical devices. Every assembly job we deliver is tested and ready for installation.

We have a 2000 square meter assembly workshop with a dedicated assembly team including 3 full-time assembly engineers. The workshop is equipped with torque control tools (digital torque wrenches with ±1% accuracy), pneumatic presses, bearing heaters, hydraulic pullers, dispensing machines, electrical test stations, and seal test stations. Our assembly work strictly follows work instructions and control plans. Each assembly step has clear operating specifications and quality standards. Screw tightening torque is precisely controlled per drawing specifications. Interference-fit parts use thermal or press-fit assembly to ensure accuracy. Seals are installed with special tools to prevent damage. Our assembled hydraulic valve groups pass 100% seal testing (nitrogen leak detection or hydrostatic testing) before delivery.

Mechanical assembly quality control covers three stages: component inspection, in-process inspection, and finished product inspection. Before assembly, we count and dimension-sample all components. Only qualified parts enter the assembly line. During assembly, critical steps like bearing pressing, seal installation, and torque tightening have mutual and special inspection points. Operator self-inspection records are archived. After assembly, finished products undergo functional testing per customer requirements including motion testing, seal testing, noise testing, and electrical safety testing. Every finished product gets a QC PASS label and an independent assembly record card. This card traces back to component batch numbers, assembly personnel, and inspection data. Standard delivery for mechanical assembly is 20-45 days depending on complexity. We accept orders starting from 1 assembly. Assemblies carry a 3-5 year warranty depending on the specific product.
