Our Factory
Located in Jishigang Town, Haishu District, Ningbo City, the factory features modern, standardized production workshops and comprehensive supporting facilities. Key production equipment includes multiple high-precision CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, and specialized inspection instruments (such as CMMs and profile projectors). The facility implements rigorous 5S on-site management and a comprehensive quality traceability system; Statistical Process Control (SPC) is applied to critical processes to ensure the consistency and stability of batch products. Current annual production capacity meets the demand for machining a wide variety of precision parts in small to medium batches.
CNC Machined Parts:
Includes automotive components (such as engine mounts and steering knuckles), water supply system valve bodies and fittings, precision bushings and flanges for automation equipment, and structural components for the aerospace industry.
Castings:
Supplies rough and finished castings in various materials-including cast iron, cast steel, and non-ferrous metals-offering a one-stop service that covers casting process design and subsequent machining.
Custom Machining Services:
Provides end-to-end solutions based on customer drawings or samples, ranging from material selection and process design to mass production and delivery.
Automotive Industry:
Metal components such as powertrains, chassis and suspension systems, and braking systems for both internal combustion engine and new energy vehicles.
