Superior Flow Passage Quality
Impeller quality directly determines pump and fan efficiency and service life. Our precision cast impeller offers smooth flow passages, uniform blade thickness, and excellent dynamic balance performance. Cast impellers offer advantages over welded and fully machined impellers. Flow passages can be designed with more efficient curved surfaces. There are no weld joints that create stress concentration and corrosion risks. Cost is also lower. Our investment impeller achieves CT5 dimensional accuracy. Blade thickness deviation is controlled within ±0.2mm. Flow passage surface roughness is Ra≤3.2μm in as-cast condition. After polishing, it reaches Ra≤0.8μm. This significantly improves fluid efficiency.
Specialized Inspection for Impellers
Quality inspection for investment impeller is more complex than for ordinary castings. Beyond conventional material analysis and dimensional inspection, we perform static balance testing. This ensures impeller stability at high rotational speeds. For stainless steel impellers, we conduct ferrite content testing and metallographic examination. This verifies corrosion resistance meets design requirements. We use CMM to inspect critical parameters like blade inlet/outlet angles and flow passage cross-section dimensions. Multiple pump manufacturers have tested our impellers. They confirmed that fluid efficiency reaches advanced levels for similar products. Standard production for investment impeller takes 40-60 days (including mold development). We accept orders starting from 1 piece. Mold development costs vary by size and complexity. Our engineering team provides DFM evaluation to help optimize impeller design. This reduces casting difficulty and cost. Standard warranty is 1 year.
