Investment flange is our precision casting solution for flange connections. These flanges offer high dimensional accuracy, smooth sealing surfaces, and dense material structure. Flanges are critical connecting components in piping systems. They connect pipes to valves and equipment. Our investment flange covers weld neck flanges, slip-on flanges, blind flanges, and threaded flanges. Materials include stainless steel (304, 316), duplex stainless steel, and alloy steel. Our precision cast flanges offer unique advantages compared to ordinary forged flanges. Investment casting can produce complex-shaped flanges with bosses, grooves, threads, or special structures. These complex shapes are difficult or very expensive to achieve through forging. Our investment flange achieves dimensional accuracy of CT4-CT6. Sealing surfaces (RF or FF faces) have flatness and roughness already at a high level in the as-cast condition. Only minimal finishing machining is required to meet assembly requirements. This significantly reduces customer machining time and cost. For high-volume requirements, investment casting offers better cost-effectiveness than forging plus machining combinations.

Quality inspection for investment flange follows ASME B16.5 or customer-specified standards strictly. Our inspection items include chemical composition analysis (spectrometer), dimensional inspection (CMM), sealing surface flatness measurement (electronic level), hardness testing (Brinell or Rockwell), and non-destructive testing (PT). Every batch includes a complete quality inspection report before shipment. Our investment flange sizes range from DN15 to DN600.
