Brackets may seem simple in structure, but their precision requirements are often extremely high. Brackets position and support other precision components. Any dimensional deviation affects the entire system's assembly and operation. Our investment bracket achieves CT4 accuracy. This is one of the highest precision grades in precision casting. Critical mounting hole position accuracy is controlled within ±0.05mm. Mounting surface flatness is within 0.05mm. With these precision casting capabilities, customers need only minimal machining allowance to achieve assembly-ready finished parts. For high-volume bracket requirements, investment casting offers significant cost advantages over fully machined solutions.

Material Selection and Production Flexibility

 

Our investment bracket production capability covers various sizes and complexities. The largest bracket weighs 20kg. The smallest is just 0.05kg. We recommend suitable materials and heat treatment based on application. For medical device brackets, we recommend 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. For aviation brackets, we recommend 17-4PH for high strength and fatigue resistance. For robot joint brackets, we recommend aluminum alloy for light weight. Our engineering team has extensive bracket manufacturing experience. We provide professional advice on material and structure optimization. Standard production for investment bracket takes 35-50 days (including mold development). We accept orders starting from 1 piece. Paid samples are available.
