After machining, we conduct 0.8MPa water pressure testing for 5 minutes with no leakage. For air-cooled motor housings, we focus on cooling fin quality. We use PCD tools for high-speed milling. Fin surface roughness reaches Ra≤1.6μm. This increases heat dissipation area and ensures a clean appearance. Bearing chambers and spigots are the most critical fit areas of motor housings. We use coordinate boring machines or precision horizontal machining centers. Bearing chamber tolerance is held to H7 grade. Cylindricity is within 0.01mm. This ensures radial runout stays within allowable limits after bearing installation.

All inspection data is recorded in our quality management system and provided with the shipment. Each product has an independent serial number (SN code) for full traceability.
