High-Temperature Heat Resistant Castings
Heat resistant casting is our specialized product for high-temperature applications. These castings contain chromium, nickel, silicon, and aluminum. They maintain adequate strength, oxidation resistance, and creep resistance at 600°C to 1200°C. Our heat resistant casting serves industrial furnace equipment, heat treatment fixtures, petrochemical cracking furnace tubes, power generation boiler components, and cement rotary kilns. Typical products include furnace roller tubes, radiant tubes, trays, hooks, and burner nozzles. Buyers in high-temperature industries need castings that survive extreme heat. Our heat resistant casting is built for that purpose.
Specialized Casting for High-Temperature Service
Our heat resistant casting covers multiple grade families. These include ferritic grades like 1Cr13SiAl, austenitic grades like 0Cr25Ni20 (310S), and nickel-based superalloys like Inconel types. Austenitic heat-resistant steel is our most frequently produced type. It offers good high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance up to 1100°C. Casting these materials is challenging due to high thermal expansion and severe solidification shrinkage. We use ceramic precision casting with special shrink compensation design. This ensures dimensional stability at elevated service temperatures. Pouring temperature is maintained above 1650°C to ensure fluidity and mold filling. Every heat resistant casting we produce is designed for long service life in extreme conditions.
Machining Expertise and Quality Assurance
Machining heat resistant casting is one of our technical strengths. These materials are ductile at high temperatures but hard and brittle at room temperature. Our CNC workshop uses high-power, high-rigidity machining centers. We use CBN or ceramic inserts. Our strategy is low speed and high feed rate with ample coolant. We monitor tool wear closely and replace inserts regularly. This prevents dimensional deviation and surface quality issues caused by worn tools. We machine heat resistant furnace roller tubes with straightness of 0.05mm/m and surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm. Quality inspection for heat resistant casting focuses on high-temperature performance and microstructure. We commission third-party labs for high-temperature tensile tests and creep tests. These verify that the material meets specified performance at the required temperature. We also perform metallographic examination to confirm fully austenitic structure with no sigma phase precipitation. Sigma phase makes the material brittle. Every batch includes complete material certificates, heat treatment records, and performance test reports. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. Our heat resistant casting service is known for technical depth and professionalism. Many heat treatment equipment manufacturers list us as a preferred supplier. Standard delivery is 45-60 days. We accept orders starting from 1 piece. Paid samples are available.
