Three Leg Desk Frame

Three leg desk frame is our reinforced standing desk base. It adds a center column to the standard two-leg structure. This extra support eliminates sagging on long desktops. It provides more uniform support and greater stability. This is especially important for desktops over 1800mm long or with heavy materials. Our three leg desk frame serves custom furniture manufacturers, large office desk projects, L-shaped workstations, and professional workstations with heavy equipment like multi-monitor mounts and large plotters. Every frame we produce delivers superior stability for large desktops.

The three leg frame comes in two configurations. The standard version uses two dual-motor outer columns plus one single-motor slave column that follows synchronously. The premium version uses three independent motor columns. The standard version offers good value for most applications. The premium version provides more uniform load distribution and smoother lifting for extra-heavy loads. Lifting system uses three-stage columns with range 24.8"-50.0" (630-1270mm). Compatible with L-shaped dual desktops, each panel at (51.2"-78.7") × (23.6"-31.5"). Total load capacity is 150kg (330.7lb). Lifting speed is 1.4"/s (35mm/s). Running noise is below 48dB. Colors available in black, white, and gray. The 7-key controller is standard equipment.

The biggest technical challenge with three leg desk frame is synchronization. Three columns must stay level during lifting. If they drift, the desktop twists and stress damages the structure. Our control solution uses master-slave synchronization. The two outer master columns have position sensors providing real-time feedback. The center slave column follows the master signals. Height deviation across all three columns is kept within ±1mm. Every three leg frame undergoes full-load synchronization testing on our test bench before shipment. Installation takes 8-10 minutes, slightly longer than two-leg frames due to extra wiring. We provide detailed installation videos and wiring diagrams. Quality control follows the same standards as our two-leg frames. Every product passes electrical safety testing, load life testing, and synchronization testing. Motor and column warranty is 3-5 years. Structure warranty is 1 year. Production takes 30-35 days.
