Before using the electric height-adjustable desk, inspect all components to ensure they are securely installed; verify that the connections between the tabletop, frame, lifting columns, and feet are tight, and check that the power and control cables are properly connected. After powering on for the first time, do not immediately place heavy items on the desk; instead, perform a no-load test run. Press the "Up" or "Down" button on the control panel to observe whether the tabletop moves smoothly and to check if the left and right lifting columns operate synchronously, ensuring there are no abnormal noises, sticking, or significant wobbling. If any irregularities occur during operation, stop immediately and inspect the power supply, wiring, and lifting mechanism.

During normal use, you can adjust the tabletop height to suit your stature and working posture. To raise the desk, press and hold the "Up" button; the tabletop will gradually move upward. Release the button once the desired height is reached (some models allow the desk to move automatically to a preset position with a single press). To lower the desk, press the "Down" button; the operation is essentially the same as raising it. When adjusting the height, be mindful of obstacles around the desk-particularly chairs, cabinets, computer towers, or other items underneath-to prevent collisions during movement. Do not force the desk to move beyond its maximum or minimum height limits, as this places excessive strain on the motor and transmission mechanism.

If the desk features a height memory function, you can adjust the tabletop to your preferred height and save it using the numeric buttons on the control panel. Typically, you can save different height settings for various working postures, such as sitting and standing. Once saved, simply select the corresponding memory setting during use, and the desk will automatically move to the preset height.
